- Journal Articles: 4–6 weeks
7. Can I submit a manuscript that has been previously published?
No, we only accept original, unpublished work that is not under consideration elsewhere.

Yes, an Open Access Publishing Fee (OAPF) is charged for book chapters and monographs. However, OpenCognovate Journals currently operate under an APC-free model, meaning there is no Article Processing Charge for accepted manuscripts.
9. When do I pay the publishing fee?
The fee is payable only after your manuscript has been accepted following peer review.
10. Are there any additional costs?
Additional fees may apply if:
- The manuscript exceeds the standard page limit.
- Extensive language editing or formatting is required.
